Knowledge Transfer
IESL has supported many of its customers in both academia and industry with the development and training of their personnel. In academia the company has supported for two decades the Master program at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. In-house programs for operators and service companies have been provided since 2000, 60 sessions with over 1300 attendants have been trained in the areas of well construction and production processes in many locations from the deserts of Libya, Algeria and Turkmenistan to the beaches of Brasil, Trinidad, China and the flatlands of the USA.
The company has a portfolio of 5 training courses in completion, sand management, perforation design and water injection performance that form the core of our knowledge transfer services
